Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at ten, May to September, with two weeks off in July. Business Dash generates each departure as its own bookable event with its own capacity, its own guide and its own price — because a hundred and forty of them is not something anybody creates by hand.
A departure time is stated in the tour's own zone and resolved there. Stored as a bare instant it would drift an hour twice a year, which reads to a guest as the guide being late and to the guide as the guests being early — and on the morning the clocks go forward, a time that does not exist is moved forward rather than quietly leaving a hole in the schedule.
Each generated departure owns its own tiers. Raising next season's price cannot reprice a tour somebody has already bought into, and one wet Tuesday can be discounted without forking the whole schedule. A departure that has sold even one seat is left alone by later edits to the series.
A tour company closing for winter and a landscaper closing for winter are one feature, running on one recurrence engine. Pauses can repeat annually, so "we don't run in February" is said once rather than every year.
