Your own fitting formula, attached to the sale
Ski bindings come off a DIN table computed from height, weight, age, boot sole length and skier type. A bike gets a frame size, a wetsuit a length, a hire car a seat. Business Dash lets an org define that calculation as its own function and hang it on the product being sold.

A fitting formula is the shop's professional judgement and often its regulator's. The platform supplies a safe formula engine and the inputs; it does not ship an opinion about what setting your bindings should be on. Whoever owns the liability owns the table.

The result is stored against the loan, so the same skier gets the same setting next Tuesday without measuring again, and a technician can see what was set and by whom. Every shop that does this on paper does it twice, and the second time is a guess.
Gated on the waiver, not on a memory
Where a signature is required before equipment goes out, the fitting sits behind it. The form the customer used to fill in at the counter with a biro is the same form, taken on a screen, joined to the rental it belongs to.
