Payments, refunds, and shipments that announce themselves

A payment lands at 9:14pm. In most shops, the salesperson finds out the next morning, maybe, if they think to check.

Business Dash routes every money moment to the people actually attached to it: the salesperson who owns the deal or quote, their manager, and the org's admins — an in-app bell and an email, the instant it settles. The second a payment settles, the customer gets a clean confirmation email — paid in full, with a confirmation number they can quote back to you. Refunds send their own confirmation. It's the small, expected courtesy that makes a business feel established instead of improvised.

And it's automatic. You don't write the email, you don't remember to send it, and it goes from your verified domain — not a no-reply address at some platform they've never heard of.

For physical goods, the buyer hears from you as the parcel moves — shipped, out for delivery, delivered, or an exception that needs attention — on whichever channels they've opted into (email, SMS, in-app). The "where's my order" email you'd otherwise be answering by hand never gets sent, because the answer already arrived.

Every payment — Stripe checkout, a manual cash or check entry, however the money came in — pushes to your connected QuickBooks Online company as it's recorded, matched to the right customer, idempotently, so nothing double-counts. The notification tells your people; the sync tells your accountant.
